Job Description
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery used in the plastics industry.
- Prepare work reports, monitor project progress, and coordinate with partnersand clients to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and effective solutions tocustomers’ inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers to resolve machine operation issuesand technical errors.
- Carry out other technical tasks and assignments as instructed by thesupervisor.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- 1–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good command of English or Japanese
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using technical drawing software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and effective communication.
- Able to work independently with proven accountability.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
