Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation and improvement of HSE plans and objectives
• Ensure compliance with Group HSE standards and national regulations
• Conduct internal audits, patrols, and provide safety guidance
• Respond to customer requirements related to audits and safety, and quality management systems
• Update internal document management under the management system
• Oversee quality maintenance on facility management
• Manage inspection and patrol of facilities inside and outside the factory to identify and improve dangerous areas
• Handle periodic inspections, including statutory inspections, annual planning, site coordination, and reporting
• Lead activities for CO2 reduction and track monthly energy consumption
• Promote safe introduction of equipment in accordance with safety standards

Requirements:

• Factory HSE experience
• Work experience in a factory
• HSE experience in a technical background is preferred
• Background in the automotive industry is advantageous
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3+) (can read Kanji/Japanese used more often in Itako factory); business level English
