職務内容
- 成長戦略を策定・実行し、新しいチャネルと市場をターゲット
- 新規顧客、販売代理店、小売業者、デザインパートナーを特定・獲得
- 主要な営業案件や戦略的アカウントを自らリード
- 営業チームを高い目標に向けて指導・育成
- 日常業務を管理し、事業継続を確保
- 人事活動、会計・税務・コンプライアンス監督、銀行との関係維持、損益管理をサポート
