職務内容
- 社内ユーザー向けの一次対応ヘルプデスク（PC・アプリケーションの基本トラブルシュート）
- ノートPCのセットアップ（OSインストール リセット クリーニング等）
- Microsoft365やIntune Teams Jiraなどの利用サポート
- チケット管理システムを用いた問い合わせ記録と整理
- プリンタセットアップ Word Excelの基本トラブル対応
- ITチームフロントデスク業務および来訪対応
条件・待遇
- 東京、日本橋での勤務
- 月〜金 9:00〜18:00で、WLBを確保しやすい勤務体系（祝日休み）
