Description
- 採用戦略の立案・実行（中途採用中心）
- 評価制度・報酬制度の運用と改善
- 労務管理：36協定・就業規則改訂手続等の労使協定/産休・育休・介護休業の対応を社労士法人と協業
- 給与計算、福利厚生、入社・退職手続き、社内トレーニングの手配
- 人事関連プロジェクトの推進
Job Offer
- 年収600万円〜900万円（月給46万円〜72万円：固定残業代 ¥60,000〜を含む）
- 賞与実績: 年1回
- 就業時間: 09:00〜17:30
- 年間休日120日以上、完全週休二日制（土日祝）
