• SDN/NFV、クラウド、セキュリティを含む大規模ネットワークアーキテクチャの設計・検証

Join a global technology leader as a Network Architect, where you will drive the design and delivery of complex network and cloud architecture solutions. This role requires bilingual coordination across onshore and offshore teams, as well as deep technical expertise in hybrid/multi-cloud networking, SDN/NFV, and system integration. You will lead critical SI (System Integration) projects supporting major multinational clients, ensuring quality delivery aligned with Japanese standards.

• Design and validate large-scale network, SDN/NFV, cloud, and security architecture.
• Lead SI projects with multi-vendor environments (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Arista).
• Prepare and review detailed technical documentation per Japanese quality standards.
• Design and implement hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate engineering teams across Japan and offshore locations.
• Uphold Kaizen principles and quality assurance processes throughout delivery.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ネットワークアーキテクチャおよびSI導入経験5年以上
• BGP、OSPF、IS-ISなどのルーティング・スイッチング技術の専門知識
• SDN/NFVやクラウドネットワーキングの経験
• Cisco、Juniper、NEC、Nokia、Arista、Palo Alto、Fortinetなどマルチベンダー環境での導入経験
• Ansible、Terraform、Pythonなどのネットワーク自動化ツールがわかること
• カイゼン、リスク管理、トレーサビリティなど、日本の品質管理に関する知識

• 5+ years of experience in network architecture and systems integration.
• In-depth knowledge of routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) and network security.
• Hands-on experience with SDN/NFV, cloud networking, and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python).
• Proven track record with multi-vendor integrations (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Arista, NEC, Palo Alto, Fortinet).

• Strong leadership for overseeing quality and delivery in global SI lifecycles.
• Structured communication and documentation skills in bilingual environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively across time zones and teams.
• Deep understanding and application of Japanese quality management (traceability, risk, Kaizen).

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience leading onshore/offshore projects.
• Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or ITIL.
