Join our team as an Electronic Trading Support Specialist, where you will ensure the smooth operation of pre-trade electronic trading applications. You will be responsible for incident management, communication with stakeholders, and problem resolution.Client Details
Our client is a leading financial institution specializing in electronic trading of Linear Rates and Bonds. They are committed to providing top-tier support to their trading teams and ensuring the stability of their trading platforms.Description
- Conduct morning checks and coordinate with traders to ensure all pre-trade electronic trading applications are functioning properly.
- Manage incidents and communication, including log analysis, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Create incident reports and perform problem management for future prevention and improvements.
- Communicate with BBG and Tradeweb for upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.

Required Skills
- Holds an IT degree (Bachelor or Master).
- Has experience in Level 1/2 support for applications used by traders, including functional and technical support.
- Skilled in applicative log analysis and functional support for traders.
- Knowledgeable in incident management and electronic trading (D2D/D2C trading, RFQs).
- Experience with ION applications and can explain their use by traders.
- Preferably already located in Japan.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is ideal.
