周辺機器の対応: 電話、プリンター、スキャナー、ハンディ端末の設置やトラブル解消。
ソフトウェア・ネットワーク対応: メール、ブラウザ、社内ソフト、ネット接続のサポート。
IT資産管理: 社内のPCや備品の在庫管理。
