Required Skills
【必須要件】
・主担当として0ベースからの化粧品企画開発経験（スキンケア・メイク・ライフスタイル製品不問）が３年以上あること
・分析結果をもとにインサイトを深堀し、ブランドの成長を考えて自ら企画開発ができること
・常に顧客視点で問いをもち、課題を発見できること。
・多様なステークホルダーを巻き込み、確実に実行ができること。
・市場や開発上に起きる課題に臨機応変に解決ができること。
・TOEIC730点以上
