臨床検査薬の総合メーカーである当社にて、契約書など国内外の法務対応をご担当いただきます。

・契約書レビュー（和文・英文）
・事業部門からの法務相談対応
・訴訟／紛争対応（国内外）
・関連会社の法務支援
・コンプライアンス業務
・M Aなどの戦略法務案件
・新法／改正法対応
