【職務のミッション】
2030年を見据えたいすゞグループ（UDトラックスを含む）海外事業の全体戦略を企画・推進し、実効力の高い打ち手と最適なリソース配置を実現することで、中計目標の達成・既存事業の拡大に貢献する。
【職務の内容】
・海外CV（commercial vehicle=商用車）事業の全体戦略企画・推進
・策定済みの中期計画の定期的なレビュー及び各地域海外営業の課題・施策取りまとめ
・中期計画における販売目標台数達成施策の具体化（地域横断課題の抽出、共通施策設定、効果検証）
・UDトラックス海外営業部門との更なる融合に向けたPMI活動
・次期中期計画策定（2026年策定予定）

商用車や他製造業において、以下いずれかのご経験（目安7 8年以上）
・海外での事業企画に関わる業務経験
・日本で海外事業体の事業企画に関わる業務経験

・プロジェクト・事業課題の推進管理経験
【求めるスキル】
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC600点以上目安）
・論理的かつ柔軟な思考力、数的センス
・社内外利害関係者との調整能力、オープンマインド
（尚可）
・マネジメント、キャリア形成等に関わる専門的理論の知識
