大手外食向け需給管理・店舗発注アプリケーションの導入と運用支援
予測システムの継続的な改善・精度向上提案・支援
システムリニューアルに向けた新システムの設計、実装、移行
新規顧客開拓、顧客からの新規要件をサポートするためのITプロジェクトへの参画
ビジネス要件・システム課題を分析し開発チームと協力しながらソリューション提示
内外ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応、改善強化に関する要望の分析・検討・実行
継続的なトラブルシューティングを提供するためのコミュニケーション

問題解決、顧客管理、サービスレベル管理、根本原因分析における実証された経験、およびチーム横断的な問題解決において協力し促進する能力
尚可条件
