治験依頼者、並びに社内関係者と協働して、試験全体の管理をします。
治験依頼者のニーズに適した試験タイムラインに沿って治験を進め、リソース調整や費用管理、進捗確認が主な仕事です。
グローバルチームや依頼者との窓口担当者としての責務も担い、様々な部門とコミュニケーションを計りながら、
円滑なプロジェクト実施に取り組みます。
【具体的には】
・グローバルチーム、治験依頼者並びに社内関連部門との窓口業務
・リソースの調整、費用の管理、進捗確認
・治験依頼者のニーズの確認及びサービスの提案
・プロジェクト下のピープルマネジメント（組織体制徐々に変更中のためプロジェクトリードメインになる可能性ございます）
