・工場全体の運営管理（人事、労務、経理、製造、品質等々を総合的に管理）
・新規製品見積りの作成
・既存顧客や新規顧客への営業対応

中国現地法人：20名
総経理：日本人
技術部課長：日本人
※本社での研修実施後、中国への出向となります。
