2.各種ツールの翻訳業務
3.部屋探しの受付・取次業務
4.WEBサイト（FAQ等）の翻訳・更新業務
5.保険会社との通訳業務
6.他部署からの依頼対応（QAシステム等）
7.アンケートを含む顧客への発信業務、SMS送信業務
8.顧客コンタクトグループ内外からの要請による応援業務（3者間通話等）
9.通訳ツールを活用した3者間通話業務 等
