職務内容
- 大阪エリアのデータセンター建設プロジェクトの全体管理
- 建設現場の進捗監督、課題解決、関係者調整
- コスト管理（入札対応、契約、増減管理、見積対応）
- 品質管理（設計仕様・建設基準の遵守）
- 安全管理（国内法令およびグローバル基準への適合）
- 工程管理（複数プロジェクトの進捗調整、期限遵守）
- 土地取得時のデューデリジェンスや設計フェーズでの協業
