We are seeking a Business Analyst to support system initiatives within the P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance domain for a global insurance client.
This role serves as a key bridge between Japanese-speaking business stakeholders and global IT teams, focusing on requirements definition, documentation, and solution shaping.

This is not a pure PMO role — it emphasizes hands-on BA work, business understanding, and system-oriented requirement analysis.

【主な業務内容｜Key Responsibilities】

日本語

• ビジネス部門からの要件ヒアリングおよび課題整理

• 要件定義書・業務仕様書などのドキュメント作成（日本語中心）

• 開発チーム（主に英語環境）への要件説明・調整

• グローバルITチームとのコミュニケーション・調整

• アジャイルイベント（Scrum、定例MTG 等）への参加

• ソリューション構想の整理、レビュー対応

• レガシーシステムのBAU対応およびモダナイゼーション支援

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Japanese stakeholders

• Create requirements documents and functional specifications (primarily in Japanese)

• Communicate and explain requirements to development teams (mainly English-speaking)

• Collaborate with global IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and regular project meetings

• Support solution conceptualization and document reviews

• Contribute to both legacy system BAU work and modernization initiatives

• Business Analyst、ITコンサルタント、またはそれに準ずる職種での3年以上の実務経験

• 要件定義、業務分析、ドキュメンテーションにおける実務経験

• システム導入・改修プロジェクトにおけるSDLCの理解と経験

• ビジネス部門とIT部門の間に立ち、調整・橋渡しができるコミュニケーション能力

• 保険業界または金融業界でのプロジェクト経験（損害保険尚可）

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• 英語：ビジネスレベル（グローバルチームとの協業が可能なレベル）

• Agile または Waterfall 環境でのプロジェクト経験

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or equivalent role

• Strong experience in requirements definition, business process analysis, and documentation

• Experience working on system implementation or enhancement projects (SDLC)

• Ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams

• Experience working in insurance or financial services projects (P&C preferred)

• Strong communication skills in Japanese (native level)

• Business-level English for collaboration with global teams

• Experience in Agile or Waterfall project environments
