Description
- Gather business requirements for Japan and Asia and create BRDs/FSDs
- Collaborate with business managers, sales, and research teams to propose new features
- Design solutions including UI/UX, database schema, and data feeds
- Manage backlog and coordinate with cross-functional teams for delivery
- Organise UAT and provide user training for smooth implementation
- Provide Level 2 & 3 user support and escalate issues to development teams
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and support budgeting/vendor discussions
- Independently lead CRM or generative AI projects in the medium to long term
