職務内容
- 国内外のプライベートファンドにおけるストラクチャリングと関連ドキュメントの作成を主導
- 外部の法律・税務アドバイザーと連携し、法令遵守を確保
- 投資・アセットマネジメント・プロダクトチームと協働し、ファンドパフォーマンスレポートを作成
- クライアントとのコミュニケーションを通じて製品の改善提案を実施
- 関連法規制の最新動向を収集・分析し、必要な対応を推進
