財務報告マネージャーとして、日本法人の財務報告業務を統括し、本社や海外拠点と連携しながら、正確かつ迅速な決算を推進します。保険業界での豊富な経験を活かし、グローバルなキャリアを築けるポジションです。

職務内容
- 海外コントローラーチームと連携し、日本法人の財務報告をサポート
- US GAAP四半期報告パッケージの作成（会計メモ、差異分析など）
- 日本法人のJ GAAP財務諸表および税務申告書の作成
- 持株会社のJ STAT連結財務諸表および税務申告書の作成
- FP&A、税務、再保険、アクチュアリーなど他部門との協働
- 財務関連の改善・効率化プロジェクト推進
