Job Description
保険会社でのPayment Operationポジションです。支払いに関連するデータ入力および社内からの照会対応が主な業務となります。

海外に本拠を持つ大手保険グループの日本拠点です。
職務内容
■支払い業務
顧客、代理店、嘱託医、取引先、従業員、グループ本社を含む関係者に遅滞なく正しい支払いの実行
銀行口座の照合や資金移動を含む、銀行口座残高管理
支払い業務に使用するアプリケーションの管理
上記「支払い業務」における入力担当業務および社内からの照会対応が主な業務となります。
その他、税金計算と申告業務、会計業務、決算関連業務などにおける資料作成・収集サポートとしての業務を担当する場合もございます。
条件・待遇
■勤務時間: 9:00-17:00
■残業時間: 月20時間程度
■在宅勤務: 基本出社想定ですが、相談可能（在宅の場合Wifi環境のサポートなし）

Required Skills
■Web Bank操作経験
■ビジネス英語（苦手意識がない程度）
■正確でスピーディーな処理能力（各種システムへの入力業務に適応いただける方）
■マイクロソフト関連ツールの使用経験（Excelは集計・Pivot/VLOOKUP関数を活用できるレベル）
■簿記3級程度の基礎的な会計知識があれば尚可
■OracleERP/SAP Ariba/SAP Concur使用経験があれば尚可
