- クラウド技術を使用したシステム運用のサポート
- プロダクト・ソリューションおよび社内ITシステムの運用・保守
- ユーザー登録・削除・権限変更などの管理業務
- 問い合わせ対応および告知業務
- サポート業務関連のマニュアル作成・管理
- 業務プロセス改善に向けたヒアリング・試験運用の支援
