- APAC地域における長期的な商業学習戦略の策定・実行
- 新製品・新手技導入に伴うトレーニングプログラムの設計・実施
- 営業チームの能力開発とパフォーマンス向上の推進
- 複数国にわたるチームのマネジメント（直接・間接報告）
- KPIを活用したプログラム効果測定と改善
- 各国の法規制に準拠したトレーニング実施
