Description

• Lead monthly P&L analysis, rolling forecasts, and budget preparation
• 月次P&L分析、ローリングフォーキャスト、予算策定のリード
• Analyse ROI for marketing and trade spend; optimise supply chain costs
• マーケティング・トレード投資のROI分析、サプライチェーンコストの最適化
• Support strategic projects with cost and pricing analysis
• 戦略プロジェクトにおけるコスト・価格分析のサポート
• Supervise monthly accounting closings and ensure compliance with IFRS
• 月次決算の監督、IFRS準拠の確保
• Prepare financial reports and manage variances across systems (SAP, BPC)
• 財務レポート作成、SAP・BPC間の差異管理

• 7+ years in accounting/finance; 3+ years in FP&A or controller roles
• 会計・財務で7年以上、FP&Aまたはコントローラー職で3年以上
• Experience in physical product-based businesses
• 物理的製品を扱う企業での経験
• Strong FP&A skills: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• FP&Aスキル（予算策定、フォーキャスト、差異分析）
• Advanced Excel and SAP BW proficiency; accounting certification preferred
• Excel上級、SAP BW経験、会計資格尚可
• Business-level English and intermedidate Japanese
• 英語ビジネスレベル・日本語
• Entrepreneurial mindset, can-do attitude, and ability to work independently
• 成長志向、主体性、質問を恐れない姿勢
