財務分析担当として、財務データの分析を行い、経営陣への意思決定支援を提供する役割を担います。業界での経験を活かし、正確な財務報告と分析を行うプロフェッショナルを募集します。

職務内容
- 保険商品および子会社の業績分析、予算との整合性確認
- 実績・予算・予測のモニタリングと報告
- 月次・四半期のビジネスレビュー実施
- 予算策定、業績予測、財務計画の支援（P/L管理含む）
- 経理部門との連携、費用配賦業務の補佐
- 保険引受・営業部門や海外ファイナンスチームとの協働

- SAP経験尚可
- 細部への注意力、問題解決力、コミュニケーション能力
