Our client is a local company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Its Electronic Division is principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of PCBs and is positioned strategically in the electronics manufacturing hub of Penang. It manufactures high-quality Single-Sided and Multi-Layer circuit boards as well as High Density Interconnect (HDI) for domestic and international markets. Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for CADCAM design, NPI, artwork making, screen making, process design for all prototypes and mass-pro models
• Ensure APQP, PPAP, FMEA are carried out for all automotive models
• Evaluate overall production technical capabilities of producing new models
• Demonstrate high efficiency in analyzing new models, technical drawings, and process requirements to generate competitive and accurate quotations
• Set up production technique and process specification during pre-production stage
• Maximize material usage during layout plan (Mapping Stage)
• Handling of UL safety standard requirement.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years and above of experience in Engineering / R&D is preferable
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in management
• Critical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Leadership, teambuilding, mentoring, project management skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

• Experience in using computer-aided design (CAD) platforms
