Description

• Analyze business requirements, translate business requirements to technical specification for implementation/ development
• Communicate, evaluate client’s need and business processes, and translate into document, requirements to the Agreement Express solution.
• Manage mapping data files and processes.
• Manage documenting requirements and communicate workflow through diagrams (e.g. create process flow diagrams, integration diagrams, finite state diagrams, customer experience maps etc.)
• Communicate solution and requirements to customer and internal team.
• Collaborate with the clients through decision making process and gain consensus to reach sign-off.
• Execute and effectively document test to sign off on solution quality.
• Present the solution/ demo to the clients.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, related.
• 8+ years of work experiences as System Analyst and 5 years of Lead System Analyst/ Senior System Analyst in enterprise software/ Software as a Service implementation projects
• Good Understanding of business and concepts of data modelling, system configuration and also can read & understand XML standards.
• Able to work individual, manage stakeholder and handle work project  
• Experiences in working as developer is a plus.
• Good communication, presentation, and good at debating.  
• Good English communication skill.
