本ポジションは、フィールドサービスチームを支援し、顧客とエンジニアの橋渡し役を担います。オフィス業務のサポートを中心に、社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションを通じてサービス品質を高める重要な役割です。

- 標準証明書の作成および発行
- 顧客や販売代理店からの電話対応
- フィールドサービスに関する顧客管理
- 見積書の作成
- 社内外の顧客とのコミュニケーション
- 将来的な派遣・スケジュール管理

- SAP（ERP）操作経験
