【インド勤務/現場監督】設備据付・立ち上げ統括でキャリアアップ

Job Description
■職務内容：
日系メーカー設備の国際輸送後における 設備の設置・据付・稼働立ち上げまでの一連の計画・立案・管理を担当
設備据付のための 現場調査、準備、施工計画の策定、工程管理、品質管理、安全管理
現地作業員・外部協力会社（重量物業者等）への 技術指導・作業監督・進捗管理
クライアント（日系企業）との調整、要件確認、作業報告
設備の分解・搬入・据付・試運転に至るまでの 総合的なプロジェクトマネジメント
デリーNCR、バンガロール、グジャラート等への短期出張（2泊程度）による現場対応
必要に応じて重量物輸送や付帯する物流オペレーションとの連携
工程全体を日本人SVとして統括し、現地チームが単独で遂行できるよう指導・教育
■必須要件Mandatory qualifications
海外（特に新興国）における設備工事・設備据付・機械装置の施工管理などでの現場監督経験をお持ちの方
2泊前後の出張ベースでの現場対応が可能な方（デリーNCR・バンガロール・グジャラートなど）
英語での基本的なコミュニケーションスキル（現地作業員との意思疎通レベル）
■歓迎要件：
物流企業での経験がある方
設備の分解・搬入・据付・試運転までの一連の工程を統括した経験
インド国内への旅行など滞在経験もしくは就業経験のある方
