Job Description
■職務概要
倉庫オペレーションの管理監督・品質管理及びスリシティ・チェンナイ近郊の顧客企業の既存顧客へのルート営業に従事いただきます。
■職務詳細
・スリシティ・チェンナイ近郊の既存日系顧客企業へのルート営業
・スリシティの特定日系顧客企業との関係構築・深化、及び問い合わせ対応
・物流に関する契約内容の確認、及び交渉
・社内のインド人スタッフと日系クライアントとのブリッジ業務
・インド人スタッフの管理、及び教育
・日々の物流タイムマネジメント管理
・問題が起こった場合のトラブルシューティング、及び改善活動の提案、実施
・倉庫での安全管理業務
・Daily, Weekly, Monthlyのレポート業務

■必須要件Mandatory qualifications
・物流、製造、商社等業界における物流関連業務経験をお持ちの方
・接客、カスタマーサポート、営業等での顧客折衝経験
┗人と話すのが好きな方、関係性の構築が得意な方。
・日常会話レベルの英語力
・インドにて中期的（3年以上）勤務する意思のある方
┗日本と異なる環境でもタフに仕事をこなせる方。

・海外就業・インド訪問経験
・物流業界経験、法人営業経験
