本ポジションは、決済・ポイント・電子マネー・カードなどのサービスを横断的に支えるプロダクト開発部門に所属します。プロジェクトマネージャーとして、社内外向けのプロダクト開発およびDX推進をリードしていただきます。

職務内容
- プロジェクトマネージャーおよびエンジニア（1チーム4〜9名）で構成されるチームに所属
- チーム構成：外国籍約60%、日本人約40%
- プロジェクトのマイルストーン定義、構造設計、成果物定義、リスク管理、進捗報告などを担当
- 複数のチームを横断して、WBS管理、リスク可視化、依存関係整理を通じてプロジェクトを成功に導く
