日系の物流会社にて、複数ある部署を取りまとめるゼネラルマネージャーを募集しております。主に各部署に与えられているKPI及び計画などの管理、Distribution Center業務、国際輸送業務を担当いただきます。
【業務内容】
・会社の方針/事業計画/成長戦略に基づいた、フォワーディング部門および倉庫部門の業務の管理
・業務フローのフォローアップ及び課題解決
・オペレーションの監視とサービスの質の管理
・チームメンバーのマネジメント
・ベトナム市場における当社ブランドの紹介と評価の確立
・セールス＆マーケティング戦略および計画の策定
・その他、付随業務

・ベトナム語社内コミュニケーションレベル
・国際貿易、サプライチェーンマネジメントの学士号をお持ちの方
