本ポジションは、生成AIを活用した企業向けサービスの品質保証を担い、テスト計画から品質改善までを一貫して推進できるポジションです。新会社の立ち上げメンバーとして、QAプロセスの設計・運用を主導し、プロダクトの信頼性を高める重要な役割です。

職務内容
品質テスト計画の策定と品質目標の設定
テストシナリオの作成、テスト実施・管理、テストデータの整備を推進
サービス品質改善のためのメトリクス設計・分析と改善活動を実施
