【募集概要】
日系大手建設企業にて、空調衛生設備の設計積算担当のポジションを募集しております。
【職務概要】
・設計図や仕様書をもとに、使用する材料や数量を計算し、建築にかかる工事費（見積り）を算出
・予算書の確認業務
・お客様への見積り提出とご説明対応（日系/非日系ともに）
（※ 非日系のお客様に対しては英語での説明が必要）
・日本語で作成した見積り書等を英語に翻訳、ベトナム人スタッフへ説明業務

・空調設備の設計積算又は施工管理のご経験者をお持ちの方
・3年以上のマネジメント経験がある方
・英語が社内コミュニケーションレベルで話せる方
・PCスキル（Excel、ワード、パワーポイント等）
【優遇条件】
・海外での勤務経験がある方
・空調・機械設備の施工管理経験ある方も応募可能。
