Position:   QA/QC Manager

Salary:   100,000 - 120,000 THB

Location: Bangkok

Responsibilities:

• Supplier Audits: Conduct onsite or remote audits of steel mills and chemical plants to verify their production standards and QC processes. 

• Approved Vendor List (AVL): Maintain and update a list of qualified suppliers based on performance, certifications (ISO 9001), and product consistency. 

• Product Inspection & Testing (QC) 

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Develop and implement SOPs for inbound 

  inspection (receiving) and outbound inspection (shipping). 

• Document Control: Manage a centralized system for all quality-related documents, ensuring traceability from the manufacturer to the end-user. 

• Corrective Actions: Follow up with suppliers on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to ensure the same quality issue doesn't happen again.

• Claim Negotiation: Act as the technical middleman to negotiate claims between the customer and the supplier/mill.

• NCR Management: Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when goods fail to meet specs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related fields

• Strong communicate in Chinese and English

• Strong knowledge in raw material quality auditing

• Requires management skills and KPI target experience. 

• Frequent communication with Chinese suppliers.
