Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead operations and marketing for aesthetic clinics in Thailand. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, delivers exceptional customer experience, and drives business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The position will also coordinate closely with the Marketing Team at HQ to align campaigns and brand strategies, and report directly to the local partnership for business decisions and performance updates.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all clinic operations, including staff management, scheduling, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and full P&L accountability for both clinics.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies (digital and offline) to increase client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with HQ Marketing Team to execute campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor clinic managers and staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and marketing partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and operations.
  • Report regularly to local partnership on operational performance, marketing results, and strategic recommendations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or related) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and marketing, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, or premium service industries. 

  • Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and driving business growth. 

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement strategies. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Fluent in Thai and English.
