Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of senior Thai staff, new graduates and second-career graduates with strong motivation who wish to work in renewable energy-related companies can learn from the basics about Japanese companies, solar power systems, and the mindset and etiquette required to work in a Japanese organization.

The Sales Department is the division with the largest number of Japanese employees in our company, making it suitable for those who want to fully utilize their Japanese language skills and further improve them.

A good sales representative is expected to leave a positive impression both externally and internally. Examples include neat and polite attire, strong communication skills, confidence and a positive attitude, teamwork and the ability to build good relationships with colleagues, and strong interpersonal communication. In addition, inner qualities such as sincerity, integrity, responsibility, proactiveness, listening skills, and the ability to solve customer problems are considered essential.

• Preparation of proposal documents related to the introduction of solar power systems
• Accompanying senior employees/staff on client visits
• Attending preliminary inspections of roofs or land for solar system installation (frequency is not very high)
• Please refrain from applying if you are not afraid of heights, as factory roof inspections are included.
• Please refrain from applying if you have heart disease, limb disabilities, or other health issues.
• Interpretation for Japanese employees
• All senior support staff are Japanese speakers, so they will carefully teach difficult terms and technical vocabulary.
• Translation of business-related documents
• Specialized staff in another department will support the translation of complex documents.
• Other related tasks

* Construction and O&M maintenance are carried out in cooperation with Thai companies. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• A responsible individual who takes ownership of their work.
• Someone who is eager to learn and seeks long-term employment for personal growth.
• A cheerful, serious, and sincere person.
• A healthy individual who can manage their daily physical condition.
• A diligent learner who enjoys studying and acquiring knowledge.
• Proficiency in Business Japanese (N2+) and English
