■ 本ポジションのミッション
MLOpsエンジニアとして、AIモデルの学習・推論・運用に必要な基盤を設計・実装・最適化し、持続的に拡張できる体制構築を推進していただく想定です。
＜具体的には＞
・機械学習モデルの学習/推論環境の設計・運用
・データ収集から前処理・学習・デプロイまでのパイプライン構築
・クラウド環境（AWS/GCP）上でのインフラ設計・運用
・CI/CD、モデル管理（MLflow など）の自動化・効率化
・監視・ログ基盤の整備によるシステム安定性向上
・研究開発チームやフルスタックエンジニアとの連携によるMLOps改善

・LLM/VLMなど大規模モデルの学習・推論基盤構築経験
・Kubeflow, MLflow, AirflowなどMLOpsツールの利用経験
・データパイプライン構築や分散処理基盤の開発経験
