日系大手ITグループ傘下のフィンテック企業にて、プロダクトの定量分析をリードし、経営/ビジネス判断に貢献していただきます。

膨大で複雑なデータを活用し、プロダクト戦略や経営判断を左右する分析インサイトを創出します。生成AIを活用した高度な分析プロセスの構築にも関与、変化の速いデジタル領域で戦略を主導する非常に影響力の高いポジションです。

• クレジット系プロダクトに対する定量分析をリードし、意思決定を支援
• ビジネス課題の特定、仮説構築、検証までの分析サイクルを自律的に推進
• プロダクト、マーケティング、コーポレート部門と連携し、成長戦略の立案・PDCA最適化を支援
• 生成AIを含む分析プロセスの構築・改善
• 分析結果をわかりやすくまとめ、経営層やステークホルダーへ提案し、事業インパクトを最大化

In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build analytical frameworks-including generative AI-driven workflows-within a rapidly evolving digital environment. Your insights will directly influence key business decisions across a large-scale, data-rich marketplace.

• Lead data-driven decision-making for credit-related digital products through advanced quantitative analysis
• Identify core business issues, develop hypotheses, and validate them using rigorous analytical methods
• Partner with product, marketing, and corporate teams to define growth strategies and optimize the PDCA cycle
• Build and improve analytical processes, including the adoption of generative-AI workflows
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders to ensure business alignment and measurable impact

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Web/アプリ/プラットフォーム企業でのデータ分析実務経験5年以上
• SQLを用いたデータ抽出・加工・検証スキル（上級）
• 問題の定義、仮説立案・検証まで一人で実行できること
• 他部署と協働してサービス改善や業務改善に取り組んだ経験

• 分析結果をわかりやすく説明するコミュニケーション能力
• ビジネスに関わりが深い課題を追求するビジネス感覚
• 多様なステークホルダーを巻き込む調整能力

• 日本語：流暢（N1相当）
• 英語：中級以上

• A/Bテスト、マーケ効果測定、プロダクト評価分析の経験
• Pythonなどによるデータ分析・ワークフロー改善スキル
• 生成AIに関する知識・活用経験

• 5+ years of hands-on data analysis experience in web, app, or platform-based companies
• Strong SQL expertise for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Proven ability to independently define problems, structure hypotheses, and execute full analytical cycles
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to improve products or operations

• Ability to turn analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Strong communication skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders
• High degree of ownership, autonomy, and strategic thinking

• Japanese: Fluent (N1 equivalent)
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience with A/B testing, marketing measurement, or product impact analysis
• Programming experience (e.g., Python) for data analysis and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with generative AI and related analytical methods
