Join a fast-growing global consulting team supporting clients in driving digital transformation and business reform through Oracle Cloud-based enterprise solutions. As an Oracle Consultant, you will deliver system modernization, process optimization, and DX-driven improvements while collaborating with business and IT leaders across Japan.

• Understand client needs and deliver tailored Oracle Cloud solution demonstrations.
• Shape DX and business reform plans using a proven transformation framework.
• Lead requirements definition, system configuration, and add-on design.
• Oversee testing, data migration, user training, and overall readiness.
• Support system rollout, hypercare stabilization, and continuous transformation.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Contribute to project management and change management activities.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ERP導入経験や、関連コンサルティングの実務経験
• 要件定義・基本設計に関わった経験
• デジタルトランスフォメーション（DX）や基幹システムの刷新に対する強い興味・関心

• クライアント対応力・コミュニケーション力
• 多様なチーム・文化と協働できる協調性
• 論理的思考・課題解決能力
• 責任感、オーナーシップ意識
• 変化の早い環境に柔軟に対応できる適応力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベルが理想

• Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle EBS の知識歓迎
• Oracle Cloud導入プロジェクトの経験
• 大規模なERPモダナイゼーションプロジェクトや、DXプログラムに携わった経験
• オフショアまたはマルチカントリーデリバリーモデルの知識・経験

• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or consulting (Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle EBS highly valued).
• Ability to gather requirements and participate in core system design.
• Strong interest in digital transformation and enterprise system modernization.

• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
• Structured problem-solving, logical thinking, and high accountability.
• Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving project environments.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
