多言語コンタクトセンターのオペレーター業務
・日本人と外国人との会話通訳
・海外のコールセンターで働くネイティブスタッフの通訳
・メール翻訳等
電話や映像機器を使用し交通機関・店舗・医療施設・公的機関などへのお問い合わせに関する通訳、メール翻訳などが主となります
基本通訳・翻訳などのインバウンド業務がメインとなりますが、
状況によりアウトバウンド業務（※）も行っていただく場合がございます。
