- 外部製造業者（CMO）の品質監督およびQAオペレーションの管理
- GMP関連文書（バッチ記録、バリデーション報告書、変更管理、逸脱、CAPA等）のレビュー・承認
- 製品の出荷判定と品質保証業務
- KPIに基づくCMOパフォーマンスの監視と改善提案
- 内部品質システムの維持（自己点検、品質レビュー、予算管理など）
- 当局対応や規制要件に関するコミュニケーション
