- デスクトップおよびITシステムのインストール、設定、保守
- エンドユーザーサポート
- ソフトウェアおよびハードウェアのトラブルシューティング
- ブティック、オフィス、倉庫ユーザーへのITサポート（レベル2）
- デバイスのライフサイクル管理
