【職務内容】
〇本ポジションでは、ダイムラートラック社との開発窓口を担当します。
　当社製品に使用しているダイムラートラック共通コンポーネントには、ふそうの要求が実装されています
　・・・このチームは、共通コンポーネントの一連の開発を担当し、当社社内の担当者およびダイムラートラックの担当と連携して業務を行います。
〇ダイムラートラック社の開発において、当社の要望を実現するための要件定義と開発依頼を行います。

＜具体的には＞
〇本ポジションでは、ボディーコントローラー、通信ゲートウェイなどの車両制御開発を担当します。
〇また、開発サンプルの受領、当社のエンジニアリングチームとの連携によるベンチ検証および実車検証の実施、そしてダイムラートラック社チームへのフィードバックを行います。ダイムラートラック社チームと連携し、課題の追跡にも注力します。
〇認証試験中は、ダイムラートラック社との必要なやり取りを行い、認証取得に貢献します。生産開始後は、ダイムラートラック社チームと市場課題を共有し、解決に取り組みます。


The team dedicated to communication with DTAG will work with the team dedicated to communication with Fuso at DTAG. In DTAG's development they will define the requirements to implement Fuso's demands and request development. They will also receive development samples collaborate with Fuso's engineering team to conduct bench and vehicle verifications and provide feedback to the DTAG team. They will focus on issue tracking with the DTAG team. They will receive the completed deliverables from the DTAG team. During certification testing they will also handle necessary interactions with DTAG and contribute to obtaining certification. After production starts they will share and resolve market issues with the DTAG team.

This position is working for Vehicle control area.

必須
・ソフトウェアおよび電子工学分野で3年以上の実務経験を持つエンジニア
・工学の学士号を取得し、ソフトウェアと電子工学の両分野における深い理解を有する方
・チームリーダーとしての経験があり、社内外のステークホルダーとの円滑な連携を得意とする方
・優れたコミュニケーション能力、人間関係構築力、組織運営能力を備え、独立してもチームの一員としても高い成果を上げることができる方
・日本語ビジネスレベル以上、英語基礎会話以上

Min of 3 yrs of experience in Software and electronics
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
In depth understanding of software and electronics engineering
Ability of team lead and coworking with stakeholders
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Japanese: Business level or above English: Basic level or above
