・ 営業担当者への学術トレーニング、フィールド活動による営業活動支援
・ カスタマーサービスの問い合わせ対応へのメールや電話対応の支援
・ 顧客（獣医師、卸店担当）に対する学術情報提供や製品セミナー等の実施
・ 顧客（獣医師、ペットオーナー、卸店担当）からの学術的問合せへの2次対応
・ 主要オピニオンリーダー（以下KOL）を活用した学術情報交換や情報発信、学会活動や論文・雑誌執筆等を通じた自社製品の認知拡大
・ 販促資材作製協力、販促プラン立案などのマーケティング活動支援
・ 開発薬事部門への学術情報提供による開発薬事業務支援

・KOLとの人脈とコミュニケーション能力
・海外とE mail等で情報交換やコミュニケーションができる英語力
