ソリューションアナリストとして、ビジネスを上流から下流まで支援するシステムの開発と運用を行う。
■主に以下の業務を担当：
・顧客向けアプリケーションの導入と運用支援
・予測システムの継続的な改善による予精度の向上
・経営権移転に伴うシステム移行チームと協力し、新システムの設計、実装、移行を行 う。
・新規顧客開拓をサポートするためのITプロジェクトの参加。
・ビジネス要件を分析し、開発チームと協力してソリューションを提示する
・内外顧客からの問い合わせに対応、改善強化に関する要望の検討、継続的なトラブルシューティングを提供するためのコミュニケーション。
顧客のソリューション・サポート業務全般の日常的な調整を行うために、社内外を問わず密にコミュニケーションを取り連携する

Required Skills
■必須条件
・コンピュータ・サイエンス／情報技術または関連分野の学士／修士号
・5年以上のIT全般管理経験（アプリケーションの運用とサポート、運用プロセス、ポリシー、ツール、マトリクスの確立と実施）
・サードパーティサービスおよびプロジェクト業務のサービス管理を通じて、サービス品質とコスト効率を3年以上推進した経験。
・問題解決、顧客管理、サービスレベル管理、根本原因分析における実証された経験、およびチーム横断的な問題解決において協力し促進する能力
■尚可条件
・サプライチェーンマネジメントおよび/またはロジスティクス領域に関する知識
