■業務内容：
・コーポレートコミュニケーションとの連携による企業ブランディングの推進
・採用イベントの企画立案、準備、運営
・コーポレートTAチームとの連携によるインターンや海外トレーニングの立案・準備
・ダイレクト採用（当社Webサイトおよび社外の採用募集サイトの運営（SNS含む））
・採用エージェント・コミュニケーション
・技術系の新卒採用の立案および実施
※その他、予算管理、データマネジメント、面接・内定者と入社後のフォローまで一連のフローをお任せします
※将来的にLearning（教育） Development（開発）を含むタレントマネジメント全般をリードしていただくポジションになります
