目指す治療仮説に合致したin vitroおよびin vivo薬理評価系の立ち上げと新規薬剤候補の薬効薬理評価、作用機序解明
社内外の共同研究先・ステークホルダーとの円滑なコラボレーションによるプロジェクト推進

Required Skills
【必須（MUST）】
薬理学、分子生物学、腫瘍学など生物系関連分野での修士号以上（博士号歓迎）
がん領域における薬理研究の実務経験（５年以上）
細胞培養、動物実験、薬効評価に関する高度な知識・スキル
英語による論文読解・技術文書作成能力（TOEIC 700点以上目安）
チームでの研究推進に必要なコミュニケーション能力
【歓迎（WANT）】
プロジェクトチームを率いた経験（リーダーまたはサブリーダー）
外部パートナーとの業務推進経験
Protein degraderやMolecular glueに関する知識・研究経験
学会発表や査読付き論文の執筆実績
企業経験者または企業との共同研究経験をもつアカデミア
