ベトナム、中国、インドネシアなどアジア圏やその他海外の家具、ファブリック、雑貨などの製造工場を有効活用し、海外の展示会等で現地パートナーを開拓。自社ブランドのFC展開や、商社及びインテリアショップなどに、商品を卸すための、海外のチャネル戦略の立案、実行を行います。（日本からの輸出、現地工場から供給、三国間貿易など）
担当する地域での市場調査、パートナー企業の開拓・協業
事業戦略立案等、事業の運営全般をお任せします。
