・外国出願対応業務
・補正/訂正等の中間処理業務
・契約等知的財産権利化の支援
・係争と契約の支援
・発明発掘
・その他、社内外の打合せ対応、知財教育等

■企業または特許事務所における特許出願権利化実務の経験5年以上
■海外特許出願権利化（北米 中国 欧州）の経験

■海外駐在経験
■技術調査（先行技術、侵害予防調査含む）及び技術分析の経験
